14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your full-price item, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy from the date you received it.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your full-price item must be in its original condition and packaging. You'll need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that discounted items are not eligible for return. Returns will not be accepted for any full-price item that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period. The frame is provided as a complimentary gift; therefore, any damage to the frame alone does not qualify for a return.
Requesting a Return
To request a return, simply email us at hello@eleyna-bulgahry.art. Full-priced items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we'll get in touch with further instructions on how to send your full-price item back to us.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@eleyna-bulgahry.art immediately, so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly. Remember: since the frame is a complimentary gift to you, any damage to it alone does not qualify for a return.
Custom Products and Exchanges
Custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options, or personalized items) are not eligible for returns. If you have any questions about whether your full-price item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us at hello@eleyna-bulgahry.art. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges directly. If you want a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
